摘　　要：研究半导体方程混合初边值解的整体性质,应用Stampacchia的最大模估计方法,对问题解的上下界分别作出估计.This paper is devoted to the global behavior of the time-depent drift-diffusion model for semiconductor devices, we give a more general method than other papers to estimate upper and lower bounds of solutions by using Stampacchia estimating idea.
