摘　　要：【目的】研究耐药的金黄色葡萄球菌对柠檬提取物的敏感性,为耐药菌株的治疗寻找新的途径。【方法】采用纸片法、对倍稀释法,用不同浓度柠檬提取物进行耐药菌株的抑菌试验。【结果】柠檬提取物对临床分离的耐药菌的纸片抑菌实验抑菌环直径>30 mm,最小抑菌浓度(MIC)为1/6 400。【结论】显示柠檬提取物对耐药金黄色葡萄球菌有明显的抑制作用。[Objective] To study the sensitivity of S. aureus resistant isolates to the extracts from citrus. [Methods] The diffuse method and double dilution method were taken to test the effects of different concentration of citrus extracts on resistant isolate of S. aureeus. [Results] The diameter of inhibitory ringlike by extracts from citrus 〉 30 mm, the minimal inhibitory concentration was 1/6400. [Conclusions] The results showed that extraction of citrus could inhibit the growth of S. aureus resistant isolates.
