摘　　要：中国石油吉林石化分公司乙烯装置经改造后,在工艺水系统中仍存在一些不足。针对存在的问题,采用加入缓蚀剂、反向破乳剂、有机分散剂、防碱腐蚀抑制剂和中和剂的方法对工艺水系统水质进行了优化。结果表明,加入助剂后,系统pH值波动现象得到有效控制;铁离子质量分数明显下降,腐蚀速率降低;系统乳化现象得到较好控制;水质得到改善。There were some problems in process water treatment system after ethylene unit revamped in Jilin Petrochemical Company. To solve these problems, the water quality of the process water system was optimized by adding corrosion inhibitor, reverse emulsion breaker, organic dispersant, anti - caustic corrosion inhibitor and neutralizer. The results showed that after using these accessory ingredients, pH value fluctuation was effectively controlled. The iron content was reduced obviously, that means corrosion rate reduced. The emulsification was controlled and did not appear anymore. The water quality was improved.
