摘  要:随着社会的发展与进步,具有便携式及可移动性概念的电子产品迅速发展,人们迫切需要能为这些电子产品供电的,具有简单结构、能量密度更高的电源。直接甲醇燃料电池具有低污染、高效率、燃料补充方便且安全性高、结构简单、质量轻、体积小、比能量密度高、容易操作等优势,所以它更适宜成为便携式电子装置的理想动力源。本文采用微机械加工技术制作了新型结构的被动式自呼吸微型直接甲醇燃料电池组,每个单体电池的有效面积为2cm×2cm,在室温条件下,阳极供给浓度为2M甲醇时,电池组开路电压为3.676V,短路电流为153.5mA,最大输出功率为128mW。Recently, concepts of portable and mobile for electronic devices spread out rapidly as the remarkable progress in information society. Therefore, we require for the power sources of an electronic device, such as more compact and higher power density per weight. The direct methanol fuel cell system has a lot of advantages such as environmentally safe, high efficiency, small size, continuous power, no capacity degradation with reuse and recharging, simple configuration, small size, high specific power densities and portable. It;s ideal power for portable applications as a commercial application. The paper designs a new structure of micro passive air - breathing direct methanol fuel cell stack by using micro mechanical fabrication technology, with each cell formed with an active area of 2cm × 2 cm. ,it is a ten cell stack. At ambient temperature, supplying methanol with concentration of 2mol/L to the anode, the open circuit voltage is 3. 676V, the short circuit current is 153.5mA, the maximal power is about 128mW.
