摘　　要：绿色物流是建立在维护生态环境和可持续发展的基础上的一种新模式,代表了未来物流发展的方向和趋势。文章介绍了绿色物流的含义、特点和我国绿色物流的现状,分析了国外绿色物流的发展状况,提出了借鉴国外的先进经验,建立和完善我国的绿色物流政策和理论体系的建议。Environmental logistics is a new pattern built up on a sustainable growth basis as well as on the basis of protecting ecological environment. It represents the direction and trend of the development of the logistics in the future. This article introduces the definition, features and the current situation of environmental logistics in China. It also analyzes the development of foreign environmental logistics then puts forward a suggestion of establishing and perfecting our Chinese environmental logistics policy and its theoretical system by using the advanced experience of other countries for reference.
