摘　　要：目的:观察牛蒡根粉减肥、降血脂的功效。方法:利用高脂营养饲料建立小鼠营养性肥胖模型,对小鼠生化指标、体重、生殖器周围脂肪重量进行测量。结果:牛蒡根粉对营养性肥胖模型小鼠的体重和生殖器周围脂肪重量有明显的降低作用,对小鼠生化指标有显著影响。结论:牛蒡根粉有良好的减肥、降血脂功效。Objective：To observe the effect of burdock root powder on reducing body weight and blood lipid of alimentary obesity model rats.Methods＇Alimentary obesity models were induced by high fat feedstuff, the biochemical indices,body weight and the weight of fat tissue around the gonads of all rats were measured.Results：Burdock root powder can remarkably reduce the body weight and blood lipid of alimentary obesity model rats.Conclusion ： Burdock root powder has therapeutic effect on alimentary obesity model rats.
