摘　　要：通过对高等学校教学质量监控体系目标体系、组织体系、方法体系、制度体系的阐述,提出了有待实践的新办法、新思想。The paper points out new methods and thoughts by describing the supervising system, target system, setup system, method system, institutional system of college teaching quality, but these methods and thoughts must be more practised.
