摘  要:为了研究UV油墨的主要成分——单体的种类对油墨颜色特性的影响,使用制备UV油墨常用的11种丙烯酸酯系列单体,配制UV四色油墨,通过测试油墨的色度值,并比较各种油墨的色相和饱和度,以及不同种类油墨的色差,从而研究丙烯酸酯单体对UV油墨颜色特性的影响。研究结果表明,不同种类单体对油墨的明度值影响较小,而对a*、b*值有一定的影响,但对不同颜色油墨影响不同,采用PETA配制的黑油墨的颜色性能较其他种类单体好;单体种类对UV油墨的饱和度影响较小,主要影响了UV油墨的色相;单体结构对油墨的颜色特性是有影响的,双官能团单体所配油墨与三官能团所配油墨的颜色差别很大,而三官能团所配油墨的颜色相互差别较小。In order to study the influence of monomer on the color characteristic of UV ink, which is the main component of UV ink. 11 kinds of acrylate monomers which are used frequently for preparing UV ink are used for preparing UV four colors inks. The influence of acrylate monomers on color characteristic of UV ink is studied on by means of testing chroma value of ink, comparing hue and saturation of various inks and comparing color difference of different kinds of ink. The result shows the different monomers have less effect on the brilliance of ink and have some impact on value a^* and b^*. But the effect of the different monomers on different inks is different. The color characteristic of the black ink which is prepared by PETA is better than other monomers. The type of monomers has less effect on the saturation of UV ink, and it mainly affects the hue of UV ink. The structure of monomers affects the color characteristic. The difference between the color of the ink prepared with bi-functional monomers and the color of the ink prepared with tri-functional monomers is larger. The difference among the ink prepared with tri-functional monomers is smaller.
