灰底白板纸与白卡纸阶调再现性能研究

摘　　要：灰底白板纸和白卡纸是两种常用包装材料。为比较这两种包装材料的印刷阶调再现性能的差异,通过对两种纸张8种纸样的表面性能进行测试,然后根据测试结果利用IGT印刷适性仪在一定的印刷条件下进行分组打样,最后结合纸张的表面性能,对比分析两种纸的印刷阶调再现性能及其影响因素。实验结果表明,灰底白板纸和白卡纸的表面性能有较大的差异,并对印刷阶调再现影响较大,白卡纸的阶调再现性要优于灰底白板纸。The ash bottom whiteboard and white cardboard are two kinds of familiar packaging materials. To contrast the difference of the two packing materials in tone reproduction, firstly it tests the surface characteristics of eight kinds of ash bottom whiteboard paper and white card paper, secondly, according to the result of first testing step, it uses the IGT measurement to printing proofs on a certain printing conditions, finally, combining the surface characteristics of the two kind of paper, it analyzes the difference and its influenced factors in tone reproduction of the two packing materials. The experiment result indicates, there are many differences in surface characteristics between the ash bottom whiteboard and white cardboard, which has big influence in tone reproduction. The tone reproduction of the white cardboard is better than the ash bottom whiteboard.
