摘 要:鲁迅和梅兰芳堪称二十世纪中国文化界的双璧,是国家乃至世界大师级的文化巨人。然而作为旧文化的批判者,鲁迅对京剧尤其是对"男人扮女人"成见颇深,并由此导致对京剧男旦代表人物梅兰芳的批判。但梅兰芳对此却终生无半句反驳与回击。然而,这两位文化大师的矛盾与不睦确系中华文化史上的一大遗憾,探究此桩公案产生的始末及其原因,对于全面认识两位大师以及促进京剧艺术的发展,具有举足轻重的深远意义。Lu Xun and Mei Lanfang are considered to be nationally and internationally be renowned masters of culture and art of the 1920' s. However, as a eritieizer of the old cultures of China, Lu Xun had a strong attitude towards Peking Opera, especially 'men acting as women' in traditional Peking Opera so much so that he even openly criticized Mei Lanfang, the representative of Beijing Opera. Although Mr. Mei never disputed with him or even reacted to his criticism all his life, the inharmonious relationship between the two great figures was really a great pity in the Chinese literature history. Therefore, examining the origin and reason of this case will be of great significance to a more complete understanding of the two great masters as well as the development of Peking Opera.
