摘　　要：在金融业日益开放和全球化的背景下,地方高校作为地方金融人才的主要培养机构,必须适应现代金融发展的客观要求,在金融本科生培养过程中及时更新观念,重新构建金融人才培养的保障机制,培养出能够适应新社会竞争的复合型金融人才。Under the backguound of opening up and globalization of financial industry, as the main training organizations, local colleges and universities should adapt themselves to the objective demands of modern financial development. In the process of finance undergraduate education, colleges and universities must renew their ideas, reconstruct the guarantee mechanism of talents cultivation, and train interdisciplinary talented people to meet the new social competition.
