益智健脑颗粒对阿尔茨海默病患者脑内促炎症细胞因子的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨益智健脑颗粒治疗阿尔茨海默病的作用机制。方法将40例阿尔茨海默病患者随机分为中药治疗组、西药对照组各20例,中药治疗组用益智健脑颗粒治疗,西药对照组用双益平治疗。观察两组治疗前后MMSE量表评分及脑脊液中IL-1βI、L-6、TNF-"细胞因子的变化。结果益智健脑颗粒能显著降低阿尔茨海默病患者脑脊液中的IL-1βI、L-6、TNF-α的含量(P<0.01)。结论益智健脑颗粒能降低脑内促炎症细胞因子,这可能是其防治阿尔茨海默病的作用机制之一。Objective To investigate the mechanism of Yizhi Jiannao granule in ＂the treatment of Alzheimer＇s disease. Methods Forty patients with Alzheimer＇s disease were divided randomly into the western medicine group and the Chinese medicine group, 20 patients each group. The patients in Chinese medicine group treated with .Yizhi Jiannao granule and huperzine in the western medicine group. Their cognitive function before and after treatment was measured with MMSE cognitive scale. The variety of CSF IL-1 beta, IL-6 and TNF-α inflammatory cytokines were determined with Elisa technique. Results Yizhi Jiannao granule could descend significantly the concentration of IL-1 beta, IL-6 and TNF-α in cerebrospinal fluid （P〈0.01）. Conclusion Yizhi Jiannao Granule can descend brain proinflammatory cytokines, which may be one of the mechanisms to prevent Alzheimer＇s disease.
