摘  要:在基于需求分析和多路串行通信的基础上,给出了一种电子产品批量加载数据的智能化解决方案和构建模拟测试平台进行仿真测试的方法。方案应用C320 Turbo多路串行通信控制器和PC并口构建硬件系统,采用自定义加载通信协议和状态法的软件设计实现批量加载模块。测试结果表明:该方案有效地解决了加载请求自动识别、单包和多包数据批量自动加载等现实问题。所述方法是开发具有自主知识产权国产设备的关键。Based on an analysis of enterprise requirements for making electronic products and multi-serial communication technology, an intelligent approach was presented for connecting to, and batch-loading data into, electronic products. A simulation platform was also developed to test the batch-loading system. The approach included the construction of a hardware system with a C320Turbo multi-serial communication controller and a PC's parallel interface, and the implementation of a application software with custom designed communication protocols and a batch-loading data's module based on the labelled status of the batch-loading process. The results of the test simulation demonstrated that the proposed approach successfully implemented automated responses to load requests from electronic products and the automatic'batch-loading of a single packet and multi-packet data into electronic products. The presented approach is a key of a new production equipment with the patent of ownership.
