长条薄片刨花三维重建方法研究

摘　　要：提出了根据长条薄片刨花切屑数字图像对其进行三维重建的方法。该方法采用阈值法,以色调为阈值对原始图像中的刨花切屑区域进行分割,利用临域法将噪声区域去除,并针对刨花切屑轮廓多为凹多边形的特点,提出了直接生成刨花切屑表面轮廓三角形网格的算法。试验表明,该方法具有算法简单、重建速度快和效果好等特点。A 3-D reconstruction method dependent on the digital image of a strand is presented.Threshold principle using pixel color value as threshold is adopted when carrying out division on strand area in original image and the crossing region principle is used to remove all of noise area.Furthermore,considering the strand outline is reentrant polygon majority,the algorithm that can generate the strand surface triangle lattice directly is brought forward.Finally,texture picture is generated from original image.The experiment result proves this method having the algorithm simplicity,reconstruction speed quickly,effect good characteristic.
