乳腺癌患者血清CA15-3和CEA联合检测的临床价值

摘　　要：目的评价乳腺癌患者血清CA15-3和CEA的临床价值。方法对422例良恶性乳腺疾病患者进行血清CA15-3和CEA的测定。结果良性疾病和未转移乳腺癌患者的血清CA15-3(>30U/mL)和CEA(>15ng/mL)阳性率较低,已有转移或复发的乳腺癌患者血清CA15-3的敏感性为75%,CEA的敏感性为33%,CA15-3值升高要比临床诊断早。结论血清CA15-3和CEA对乳腺癌的敏感性不明显。血清CA15-3和CEA的值同时持续升高或保持阳性,应当考虑诊断乳腺癌有转移或复发。CA15-3比其他监测指标敏感性高。Objective To evaluate the clinical value of CA15-3 and CEA in patients with breast cancer.Methods Serum levels of CA15-3 and CEA were determined in 422 patients with benign and malignant breast diseases.Results The positive rates of CA15-3（〉30U/mL） and CEA（〉15ng/mL） were lower in patients with benign and without metastatic breast cancer.The sensitivities of CA15-3 and CEA in patients with metastatic and reoccurred breast cancer was 75% in CA15-3 and 33% in CEA.CA15-3 increased before the clinical diagnosis.Conclusion The sensitivities of serum CA15-3 and CEA to breast cancer are not apparent.The metastasis and reoccurrence of breast cancer should be considered while serum CA15-3 and CEA increase at the same time or are persistent positive.The sensitivity of CA15-3 is higher than other indexes.
