摘  要:分别采用硫酸、硝酸和盐酸从造纸黑液中提取木质素为原料,替代部分苯酚,制备木质素酚醛树脂,并测定其固含量、动力黏度(40℃)、游离甲醛含量和胶合强度等性能;考查了木质素掺入量、催化剂加入量和酚醛物质的量比对木质素酚醛树脂性能的影响。结果表明,当上述3种木质素掺入量为20%时,获得的胶粘剂性能均较好;以掺入20%硝酸木质素为例,当催化剂加入量为0.6%、酚与醛物质的量比为1∶1.5时,得到性能较好的胶粘剂。用木质素替代部分苯酚,不仅可以降低生产成本,而且更环保。Phenol was partial replaced by lignin to prepare lignin-phenol-formaldehyde (LPF) adhesive, which was extracted from the black liquor with sulfate acid, nitrate acid and hydrochloride acid. The properties of above adhesives were determined, such as solid content, dynamic viscosity (40 ℃ ), free formaldehyde content and glue strength. The effects of lignin content, catalytic content and the ratio of phenol to formaldehyde on LPF resin properties were studied. As a result, the properties of adhesives were all good when the adding amount of above three lignins was 20% by weight. Tacking LPF adhesive containing 20% nitrate lignin as a example, obtained adhesives showed promising results when the catalytic content was 0.6% and the ratio of phenol to formaldehyde was 1 : 1.5. Using lignin replaced partial phenol not only the production costs were decreased, but also that was favorable for environment.
