摘  要:为了弄清新铁炮百合的花芽分化特性,采用石蜡切片法对实生新铁炮百合花芽分化过程进行形态学观察,研究花芽发生、发育进程。结果表明:实生新铁炮百合的花芽分化进程可以分为花原基分化期、外花被原基分化期、内花被原基分化期、雄蕊原基分化期和雌蕊原基分化期。新铁炮百合花芽分化进程与可见茎节数呈显著正相关,当可见茎节数为7~8时开始花原基的分化。可见茎节数是新铁炮百合花芽分化进程的最佳外部形态参考指标。The flower bud differentiation process of Lilium formolongi was studied with the method of paraffin section in order to investigate its flower bud differentiation property. The results showed that the process could be divided into five phases:floral primordial differentiation stage, out-petal differentiation stage, in-petal differentiation stage, stamen differentiation stage and pistil differentiation stage. The flower bud differentiation process had remarkable posotive correlation with the sum of visible internodes. Floral primordial differentiated when the visible internodes had 7-8. The results also showed that the number of visible internodes was the indication of flower differentiation stage of Lilium formolong.
