HPLC法测定六味补血颗粒中阿魏酸的含量

摘　　要：目的建立测量六味补血颗粒中阿魏酸含量的方法。方法采用Alhima—C18色谱柱（5μm，4．6mm×150mill）；流动相采用甲醇-0．05％醋酸溶液梯度洗脱，流速I．0mL／min；检测波长为320nm，柱温：25℃。结果阿魏酸在3．18～31．8μg/mL的范围内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系（r=0．9997），平均回收率为99．75％，RSD=2．n％（n=6）。结论该法准确、简便，重现性好，可作为六味补血颗粒制剂质量控制的有效方法。Objective To establish a method for.determination of Ferulic Acid content in Li- uweibuxue granules. Methods The analytical column was AIItima - C18 （5 μm,4.6 × 150 mm）. Methanol - 0.05% acetic acid gradient elution as mobile phase. The flow rate was set at 1.0mL/min, the detection wavelength was set at 320nm, and the column temperature was 25℃. Results The calibration curve was linear over the rage of 3. 18 - 31.8μg/mL for Ferulic Acid,with the average recoveries of 99.75% （ n =6） ,RSD was 2.11% （n =6）. Conclusion The method is simple, accurate and reproducible, and suitable to be used in quality control of li- uweibuxue granules.
