摘 要:以聚丙烯酰胺(PAM)为原料,有机铬为交联剂,制备了PAM/有机铬聚合物凝胶体系。考察了交联剂三氯化铬与醋酸钠质量比及加量、聚丙烯酰胺加量、温度及稳定剂加量对聚合物凝胶体系性能的影响。确定了PAM/有机铬聚合物凝胶体系最佳配方:交联剂加量为3.0%~4.0%,其中三氯化铬与醋酸钠质量比为1:3.5,PAM加量为0.2%~0.3%,稳定剂加量为0.1%~0.2%,甲醛加量为0.2%。性能评价表明,该凝胶体系可适用较宽的温度范围,具有较好的耐温抗盐性,及对不同裂缝性地层的良好封堵能力,具有较好的实际应用价值。A polyacrylamide/organic chromium polymer gel system was prepared with polyacrylamide(PAM) as material and organic chromium as crosslinking agent. The effects of the mass ratio of crosslinking agent chromium trichloride to sodium acetate and their adding amount, PAM adding amount, stabilizer adding amount and tempera- ture on the performances of the polymer gel system were evaluated. Thye optimum formulation was determined as fol- lows: crosslinking agent adding amount 3.0 % - 4.0%, the mass ratio of chromium trichloride to sodium acetate in crosslinking agent 1 : 3.5, PAM 0.2 % - 0.3 %, stabilizer 0.1% - 0.2 %, and formaldehyde 0.2 %. The gel system was suitable to wide temperature range and showed good high - temperature and salt tolerance and good plugging capacity for diverse fractured formation.
