摘 要:以6个BT型日本粳稻不育系和6个BT型江苏粳稻不育系为母本,与7个中国粳稻恢复系杂交,比较分析两类不育系12个性状的配合力。结果表明:与江苏不育系相比,日本不育系单株产量、垩白粒率的一般配合力较好,所配制的杂种多表现为早熟、穗多、结实率高、产量高、品质优等特点,但穗型一般较小、千粒重较低。亲缘关系较远可能是日本不育系与中国恢复系配组杂种优势较强的原因之一。据此,利用日本优质粳稻不育系陵风A与中国恢复系SIR218杂交,育成杂交中粳组合陵风优18。In order to compare the combining ability of main characters in japonica cytoplasmic-nucleic male sterility lines (CMS line) with India Chinsurah Boro Ⅱ cytoplasm (BT type) from Jiangsu and Japan, 6 CMS lines from Jiangsu and 6 CMS lines from Japan were crossed with 7 japonica restorer lines. The results showed that general combining ability of Japan CMS lines were better than Jiangsu CMS lines on grain yield per plant and chalky rice percentage. The F1 hybrids of Japan CMS lines and China restorer lines had the following characteristic-early cropping, more panicle number, better seedsetting percentage, high yield and high quality, but less spikelet number per panicle and lower 1000-grain weight. It is reason for the stronger heterosis, that the genetic relationship between Japan CMS lines and China restorer lines is distant. According to this breeding idea (Japan CMS lines/China restorer lines), a new japonica hybrid rice combination Lingfengyou18 had been bred and approved by the Jiangsu Crops Variety Approval Committee in 2006.
