青年急性脑梗死患者血清脂联素瘦素水平的实验研究

摘　　要：目的探讨青年急性脑梗死患者血清脂联素(Adiponectin,ADPN)、瘦素(Leptin)的动态变化。方法采用酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA),分别检测青年急性脑梗死患者及正常对照组血清脂联素、瘦素含量。结果青年急性脑梗死患者血清脂联素水平较对照组明显降低(P<0.01),瘦素水平较对照组明显增高(P<0.01)。血清脂联素水平与瘦素成负相关(r=-0.42,P<0.05)。结论血清脂联素、瘦素水平与青年脑梗死的临床变化密切相关,低脂联素血症、高瘦素血症是青年急性脑梗死的危险因素。Objective To explore the dynamic changes of adiponection and leptin in young patients with acute cerebral infarction（ACI）. Methods Adiponectin and leptin were determined with ELISA in the treatment group and the contrast group. Results Lower Level of adiponectin and higher level were found in the treatment group（ P 〈0.01）. There existed negative correlation between the level of adiponectin and that of leptin（ r = -0.42, P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion Adiponectin and leptin are closely related to cerebral infarction in goung people and low adiponectin and high leptin are the main risk factors.
