摘　　要：目的用兔Vx-2细胞株建立口腔Vx-2肿瘤模型。方法30只新西兰大白兔分别经口内和口外两种途径植入Vx-2细胞株,建立兔颊部Vx-2肿瘤模型,通过观察肿瘤生长状况和病理HE染色来对其进行初步研究。结果无论口内、口外植入瘤株,颊部Vx-2肿瘤易于成活,操作简单,接种成功率高。HE染色显示为低分化鳞状细胞癌。结论兔口腔Vx-2肿瘤模型可以建立,适合于口腔肿瘤模型研究。Objective To establish an experimental animal model of oral Vx-2 tumor in rabbits. Methods 30 New Zealand white rabbits were divided into 2 groups randomly, oral Vx-2 tumors in rabbits were established by implanting in oral or out. Then the growth of tumor was observed by calculating the growth rate of tumor and the tumor was investigated by HE staining. Results The success rate of implanted tumor was very high, the operation was simple and the tumor was easy to live. HE showed that the tumor had the similar biological features of squamous cell carcinoma. Conclusion It is easy to establish oral Vx-2 tumor in rabbit and it is a good model for study oral tumor.
