摘 要:培养料中添加不同浓度的Pb、As、Hg、Cd,研究这些元素对金针菇菌丝生长和子实体产量的影响。结果表明,低浓度的Pb、As、Cd促进菌丝生长,菌丝生长速度随着Hg添加浓度的增加而提高;尽管不同浓度的Pb、As、Hg会显著降低金针菇生物学效率,而添加低于5ppm的Cd,生物学效率随添加浓度的升高也会逐渐提高,说明金针菇对重金属毒害的抗性强。Heavy metals Pb, As, Hg, Cd with different concentration were appended in culture medium. The study on effect of heavy metal on growth and yield in Flammulina velutipes was taken. As a result, the hypha growth was promoted by heavy metals Pb, As, Cd with low concentration, and the hypha growth speed was accelerated with increasing Hg. The yield and biological efficiency were reduced by Pb, As, Hg with different concentrations, and biological efficiency was accelerated with increasing Cd which under 5 ppm. The resistance to heavv metals in Flammulina velutioes was strong.
