摘 要:目的:探讨体外电刺激法对糖尿病膀胱大鼠排尿功能的影响。方法:将SD大鼠随机分为正常对照组、糖尿病对照组和糖尿病电刺激组3组,每组10只,后两组制作糖尿病大鼠膀胱模型。10周后,电刺激组予体外电刺激治疗,刺激参数:强度31V,密度31 Hz,另两组均不予电刺激。持续治疗3周后观察比较各组尿动力学改变及逼尿肌肌条收缩功能变化。结果:糖尿病大鼠造模10周后施加体外电刺激,其膀胱收缩力加强,残余尿量比(R%)有所下降,膀胱排尿阈容量减少,差异均有统计学意义。结论:体外电刺激可改善糖尿病膀胱的逼尿肌收缩能力及膀胱的感觉功能。Objective To investigate the effects of transcutaneous electrical nerve stimulation( TENS)on the urinary bladder voiding dysfunction in diabetic cystopathy rats. Methods SD rat model of diabetic rat was established. The rats were randomized into the DM( diabetes mellitus) electrical stimulation group, DM control group and normal control group. TENS was performed on rats in the DM electrical stimulation groupin the 10th week after the establishment of dia- betic rats model (stimulation parameter :intensity-31V density-31 Hz) ,but those in the control group underwent sham operation. The changes of the urodynamics and the detrusor strip contractility were detected after the stimulation was continuing for 3 weeks. Results Compared with DM group,the R% (residual volume/bladder capacity) and volume threshold for micturation were significantly reduced while the contractility of the muscle strip were significantly increased in DM electrical stimulation group can significantly improve th der fullness. after electrical stimulation. Conclusion These experimental results demonstrate that TENS e urine contractility of diabetic bladder in DM rats and can also ameliorate the feeling of bladder fullness.
