摘  要:目的:探讨超声引导下经尿道微波凝固治疗前列腺病变的可行性。方法:25个离体犬前列腺进行经尿道微波凝固,能量分别为30 W/120 s、30 W/180 s、45 W/60 s、45 W/120 s及45 W/180 s,观察凝固灶的大小、形状,根据凝固灶的大小选择出适合于犬前列腺的最佳功率时间组合(为30 W/180 s);在这一功率时间组合下对54个离体犬前列腺进行324个点次的实际测温,分析其热场分布的特点。结果:30 W/180 s为本实验离体犬前列腺微波凝固治疗的最佳功率时间组合,凝固灶形态呈椭球形,温度场分布遵循由中央向周围递减的规律。结论:超声引导下经尿道微波凝固离体犬前列腺的方法为微波凝固治疗前列腺增生癌提供了实验基础。Objective To investigate the feasibility of using transurethral microwave coagulation under ultrasound guidance in treating prostatic disease. Methods energy for 120,180 s at 30 W and 60,120,180 s In vitro twenty-five canine prostates were at 45 W. The size and shape of coagulated coagulated with microwave area were observed and the optimum power and time (at 180 s and 30 W) were chosen according to the size of coagulated area; Real temperature was measured in 54 in vitro canine prostate for 324 times,then thermal distribution was analyzed at 180 s and 30 W. Results 180 s and 30 W were found to be the best applied in vitro canine prostate in this experiment. The shape of coagulated area was ellipsoid and the temperature decreased progressively from the center to the surrounding. Conclusion Microwave is feasible to coagulate in vitro canine prostate,which also provide a reliable experimental basis for the treat- ment of benign prostatic hyperplasia.
