摘 要:目的:探讨人子宫内膜癌细胞HEC-1B染色体着丝粒点(Cd)的变异与其非整倍性畸变的关系。方法:用Cd-NOR同步银染分析技术研究HEC-1B细胞染色体Cd的变异。结果:HEC-1B细胞染色体Cd缺失率为1.94%、Cd迟滞复制率为0.99%、Cd-NOR融合率为1.35%、小Cd率为1.73%、;与正常人胚胎绒毛细胞染色体Cd变异相比较,HEC-1B细胞染色体Cd缺失、Cd迟滞复制和-NOR融合显著升高(P<0.05〉、而小Cd没有统计学意义。结论:HEC-1B细胞染色体非整倍性畸变的途径可能主要涉及Cd缺失、Cd迟滞复制和-NOR融合。Objective: To study the centromeric dots (Cd) variation of HEC-1B ceils and its relationship with aneuploidy ab- erration. Methods: A Cd-NOR in phase argentums dye analysis technique was used to study centromeric dots(Cd) variation of HEC- 1B Cells. Results: In HEC-1B ceils, the Cd loss rate, Cd duplication hysteresis rote, Cd-NOR coalesce rate and little Cd rate were 1. 94%, 0199%, 1.35% and 1.73% respectively. Compared with normal embryonic villi ceils, except little Cd rate was no significant difference, the other 3 rates were significant higher in HEC-1B ceils. Conclusion: Aneuploidy aberration of HEC-1B ceils might be related with Cd loss, Cd duplication hysteresis and Cd-NOR coalesce.
