摘 要:目的观察复智散(FZS)对自然老化大鼠的治疗作用。方法通过Morris水迷宫测定大鼠的记忆功能,采用比色法测定大鼠海马胆碱乙酰基转移酶(ChAT)活性及乙酰胆碱(ACh)水平,Western-blot检测大鼠海马ChAT水平。结果不同剂量FZS对自然老化大鼠的记忆功能均有明显改善作用,并呈明显量效关系。FZS能提高大鼠海马内ChAT活性及ChAT和Ach水平。结论FZS可通过对自然老化大鼠海马内胆碱能系统的调节改善其记忆功能,从而起到治疗老年认知功能障碍的作用。Objective To observe the therapeutical effect of FZS on aged rats. Methods The cognitive ability of the senile rats was detected by Morris water maze test. The activities of choline acetyltransferase (CHAT) in the hippocampuses were examined by colorimetric method, and the ChAT expression was detected by Westernblot. The acetylcholine (ACh) content was examined by alkaline hydroxylamine colorimetric method. Results The Chinese herbal medicine FZS effectively improved the learning and memory abilities of the aged rats in doseeffect relationship, and ameliorated the activity of ChAT and level of ACh and ChAT in hippocampus. Conclusions FZS compounds regulated and ameliorated the cholinergic functions of the aged rats, thereby achieved its therapeutic effect.
