叶下珠中黄酮类物质的研究

摘　　要：以芦丁为对照品,采用分光光度法在510 nm处测定叶下珠中总黄酮含量,通过各种定性颜色反应,初步确定了其中黄酮类化合物的种类,实验还对总黄酮提取的适宜溶剂和提取次数进行了研究。结果表明,用70%乙醇提取2次,总黄酮的提取率为1.84%。Rutin as reference samper, the total flavonoids content in PhyUanthus urinaria L was determined by spectrophotometry, establishing working curve at 510 nm. The total flavoids extraction from Phyllanthus urinaria L were determined by analyzing its coloration reaction. The optimal solvent and the best time of extraction were also obtained. Results showed that using 70% ethanol as the solvent, extract for two times, the yield of total flavonoids is 1.84%.
