摘　　要：针对技术创新联盟企业之间收益分配存在着分歧和冲突的实际问题,提出联盟收益分配群体协商问题。通过对风险产生的来源以及联盟收益分配的合理性条件的分析,建立了一种可支持协商的收益分配模型,通过群体协商来找出各企业可接受的分配方案。实例表明,这种群体协商方法有利于提高联盟企业合作的稳定性。Aiming at existence of disagreement and conflict in revenue allocation between the enterprises of Technological Innovation alliance, this paper presents that leagues revenue allocation group negotiation problem. Through analyzing the resource of risk and the reasonable condition of alliance revenue, establishing a revenue allocation model that can support negotiation. Explore allocation plan that every enterprise can accept via group negotiation. The example shows that the group negotiation method is beneficial to improving the stability of the corporate of alliance enterprise.
