摘　　要：处于社会转型时期的高校育人环境发生剧烈变化,使高校育人工作的难度增大。高校育人工作要面向生活不断吸收新内容,充分利用多方面因素,才能真正提高育人工作的实效。营建和谐的校园环境,拓宽育人内涵不失为一种好办法。During the transitional period of the society, the educational environment in colleges has experienced great changes, which increases the difficulty to the educational work. The work is supposed to face the reality and constantly adopt new contents, make full use of various elements, thus the work can be done in an efficient way. It is a good way to set up a harmonious environment on college campus and broaden the educational connotation.
