摘 要:根据暂态电能质量扰动的非平稳性、时变性等特点,尝试提出基波畸变率和扰动畸变率两项暂态电能质量指标,并应用滤波器和HHT相结合的新方法来对暂态电能质量扰动进行分析。该方法首先将暂态电能质量扰动信号通过滤波器分离出基波信号和扰动信号,然后对二者分别采用HHT求出模值,将模值与标称值或额定值相比得到基波畸变率和扰动畸变率。仿真和实际实验表明:该方法能精确、动态地检测出暂态电能质量指标,并可以在实际电能质量评估中应用。This paper proposes two indexes of transient power quality called fundamental frequency component distortion ratio and disturbance component ratio, which is based on the specialty of non-stability and time-varying as well as employing filter combined with HHT to analyze transient disturbances. Emily, fundamental frequency component and disturbance component are separated through using filter. Secondly, the amplitude is obtained by applying HHT to these two components. Finally, the fundamental frequency component distortion ratio and disturbance component ratio are acquired by comparing the amplitude with base value or rated value. Simulated and real experiments show that our approach can detect transient indexes of power quality fast and accurately, and can be used in the real case of power quality assessment.
