摘  要:目的:探讨原发性上皮性卵巢癌中hScrib和hDlg的表达及意义。方法:用免疫组化SP法检测hScrib和hDlg蛋白在60例上皮性卵巢癌组织、18例卵巢交界性肿瘤、19例卵巢良性肿瘤及18例正常卵巢组织中的表达。结果:hScrib和hDlg蛋白在正常卵巢上皮的表达显著低于卵巢良性肿瘤、卵巢交界性肿瘤以及上皮性卵巢癌,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);hScrib和hDlg蛋白在不同卵巢组织中定位的改变较明显。二者在卵巢癌的表达呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论:hScrib和hDlg蛋白可能通过定位的改变共同参与了卵巢癌的发生。Objective:To study the expression and significance of hScrib and hDlg in epithelial ovarian carcinoma. Methods:The expressions of hScrib and hDlg gene in 18 normal epithelial ovarian tissues, 19 benign, 18 borderline and 60 malignant epithelial ovarian tumor tissues were detected with the method of immunohistochemistry. Results. Positive expressions of hScrib and hDlg in normal ovarian tissues were significantly lower than those in benign, borderline and malignant ovarian tissues ( P 〈 0.05 ). Distributional changes of the two proteins were obvious among different ovarian tissues. The expressions of the two proteins in ovarian carcinoma were correlated positively(P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion:The two proteins may be involved in the carcinogenesis of ovarian carcinoma in a common pathway through distribution changes.
