摘　　要：我国现有的企业孵化器,由于投资主体、基础条件以及管理体制和运行机制的不同,服务功能和质量存在明显差异。基于我国孵化器发展的现状,分析了孵化器运行中出现的问题,并提出了若干发展对策与建议。The service function and quality of the business incubators in our country exists obvious difference because the investing body,basic condition,management system and the function are different. Analyzing the existing problems of the business incubator,the developing problems of the business incubator are discussed in the paper. Some strategic recommendations on how to advance the function of the business incubator are made.
