摘　　要：在分销资源计划DRP(Distribution Resource Planning)系统的应用过程中,实施风险及其管理一直没有引起太多的注意。针对DRP系统的实施特点,从系统实施的各个阶段和企业内外部风险两个角度对DRP系统的实施风险因素进行了全面的分析。In the application process of Distribution Resource Planning （DRP） system, the implementation of risk and the management has not aroused much attention. This article is in view of the DRP system＇s implementation characteristic, has carried on the comprehensive analysis from each stage of system implementation and the enterprise internal and external risk two angles to the DRP system＇s implementation risk factor.
