摘　　要：基于CNKI的文献检索,就国内外对高校外语教师人力资源战略管理研究的现状及研究文献进行了评析,指出了国内外研究成果中的不足和问题,并对今后我国对这一问题的研究给出了期待。Based on the CNKI literature retrieval, an evaluation is made on the up-to-date situation and research literature of university foreign language human resources strategy management from home and abroad. The article points out the deficiency and problems in the research results at home and abroad, and is looking forward to research on this issue in the future in China.
