摘　　要：目的探讨幽门螺杆菌(H.pylori,HP)感染及根除对十二指肠球部溃疡患者IL-18水平的影响,同时检测抗HP治疗前后抗体水平的变化.方法40例HP阳性的十二指肠球部溃疡患者,作为实验组随机分成治疗组和对照组各20例,并以20例健康体检者为体检组,观察近期疗效及HP根除情况,同时ELISA法检测HP-IgG及IL-18水平。结果HP阳性十二指肠球部溃疡患者外周血清IL-18及HP-IgG水平显著高于体检组,抗HP治疗后十二指肠球部溃疡患者的IL-18、HP-IgG抗体水平均有明显下降。结论抗HP治疗后IL-18水平的下降在十二指肠球部溃疡的治疗过程中发挥重要作用。Objective To explore the effect of H. pylori infection and its eradication on IL-18 level in patients with duodenal ulcer, and the changes of H. pylori IgG antibody levels before and after H. pylori eradication. Methods Forty H. pylori positive patients with duodenal ulcer were randomly divided into treatment group （ n = 20） and control group （ n = 20）. And 20 healthy subjects were selected also as health examination group. H. pylori IgG antibody and IL-18 were detected by ELISA assay respectively. Results The levels of IL-18 and H. pylori IgG antibody had significant difference between H. pylori positive patients with duodenal ulcer and healthy subjects.Levels of IL-18 and H. pylori IgG antibody were decreased after anti-H, pylori therapy as compared with those before therapy. Conclusion The decrease of IL-18 level after H. pylori eradication may play a key role in the treatment of patients with duodenal ulcer.
