三组社区老龄与心电图P波异常的关系

摘　　要：目的探索社区成功老龄、常态老龄和轻度认知功能损害老龄三者与心电图P波异常的关系。方法采用随机抽样的方法对上海市普陀区石泉街道及甘泉社区的247例老人进行常规心电图检查、健康问卷包括MMSE和ADL等国际通用的标准化工具及血常规、血液生化检查。结果共完成232例老人的调查。其中成功老龄111例,常态老龄87例,MCI老龄34例。心电图P波是否异常在各组间的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论心电图的P波异常可作为筛查社区MCI老龄高危人群的参考指标之一,可能是老龄认知功能下降的一个早期参考指标。Objective To investigate successful age , common age and mild cognitive impairment （MCI） among elderly people in community and its relationship with abnormal P wave of ECG. Methods All 247 elderly people were recruited through random sampling from Shiquan and Ganquan communities of Putuo District in Shanghai. All the participants were checked by electrocardiogram （ECG） , blood regular test ,blood biochemistry test and international standardized questionnaires including Mini-Mental State Examination （MMSE） ,Activity of Daily Living Scale （ADL） and Center for Epidemiological Survey-Depression Scale （CES-D）. Results Investigation of 232 elderly people were completed including 111 of successful age, 87 of common age and 34 of MCI elderly people. The inter - group difference whether P wave of ECG was abnormal or not had significant difference among three groups （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Abnormal P wave of ECG may be an early suggestion marker in mild congnitive impairment among elderly people.
