摘　　要：目的了解芦笋颗粒在放化疗中的免疫作用。方法42例确诊肺癌的患者在放疗及化疗治疗中加服芦笋颗粒,其中放疗治疗组20例,并同时设对照组观察血常规及CD3CD4CD8CD4/CD8,及NK细胞活性改变。结果服芦笋颗粒组的免疫指标及血常规改变明显较对照治疗组好。结论芦笋颗粒能够增强体质,对抗放化疗的毒副反应,调整免疫功能。Objective To evaluate the treatment effects of immune system using aspanagus officinolis linn particles during the course of chemotherapy on lung cancer patients. Methods A total of 42 confirmed lung cancer patients who, in the treatment course of chemotherapy and radiotherapy, were given aspanagus offieinolis linn particles. The patients were divided into the radiotherapy group （ n = 22 ） and the chemotherapy group （n = 20）. Also for comparions was included the control group. The measures in the study included CD3, CD4, CD8, the radio of CD4/CD8 and NK cells. Results Those who had taken aspanagus offieinolis finn particles showed apparent better measures in their immune system and blood analysis data than those who had only had chemotherapy. Conclusion The use of aspanagus officinolis linn particles can help make the patients healthier, reduce the level of side effects of the chemotherapy and thus increase the immune system.
