摘　　要：在工学结合背景下,高职通信技术专业构建合理的校内外实训基地是培养通信技术高技能人才的重要举措。合理利用校外实训基地,使其作为与行业沟通和学生获取工程经验的重要场所。Base on the Work - integrated Learning, it is the important measures to build practice training bases about communications technology, of higher vocational education for fostering talent intensive skills. We should rationally utilize the practice training bases, and make the practice training bases act as the important location for communication with industry and gain the engineering skills.
