摘　　要：中小企业已经成为拉动我国经济新的增长点和缓解就业压力、保持社会稳定的基本力量。引进危机管理机制,无疑可以为中小企业健康成长添加一把保护伞,是中小企业生存发展的必然选择。本文从中小企业存在的危机问题分析,来增强中小企业危机管理意识,从企业经营发展的角度重视危机管理机制的建立。对保证中小企业健康发展具有十分重要的现实意义。SMEs have become a driving China＇s new economic growth point and ease the employment pressure, and maintain social stability as the basic strength. The introduction of crisis management mechanism can no doubt help healthy growth of SMEs like an umbrella, and the inevitable choice of the survival and development of SMEs. In this paper, the author tries to enhance crisis management awareness of SMEs by analyzing the crisis of the SMEs, and to value the establishment of mechanisms for crisis management from the point of the development and management. It has great practical significance to guarantee the healthy development of SMEs.
