香菇多糖联合博莱霉素治疗恶性胸腔积液临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的评价香菇多糖联合博莱霉素治疗恶性胸腔积液的疗效和不良反应。方法将60例患者分为两组,每组30例,治疗组将胸水引流干净后向胸腔内注入香菇多糖和博莱霉素,对照组将胸水引流干净后向胸腔内注入博莱霉素。比较两组疗效。结果治疗组有效率为86.7%(26/30),对照组有效率为56.7%(17/30),两组比较差异有显著性意义(χ2=6.65,P<0.05)。不良反应有发热、胃肠道反应、白细胞下降等,经对症处理后症状缓解。结论香菇多糖联合博莱霉素治疗恶性胸腔积液疗效满意,改善了患者的生活质量。Objective To evaluate the efficacy and toxicity of intracavitary injection of bleomycin and lentinan in the treatment of malignant pleural effusions. Methods 60 patients with malignant pleural effusions were randomly divided into treatment group（30 cases） and control group（30 cases）. In the treatment group, patients were intrathoracically injected with bleomycin and lentinan after pleural effusions were drained, and in the control group, patients were treated with bleomycin only after pleural effusions were drained. Results The effective rate in the treatment group was 87.6% （ 26/30 ） , being significantly higher than that of the control group （56： 7% , 17/30, χ^2 = 6. 65 ,P 〈 0. 05 ）. Side effects consisted of fever, nausea, vomiting and leucopenia, which were remitted by symptomatic treatment. Conclusion Bleomycin combined with lentinan increases the therapeutic effect on patients with malignant pleural effusions and improves quality of life.
