社会心理因素对慢性牙周炎患者的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨社会心理因素对慢性牙周炎的影响。方法选择105例慢性牙周炎患者(牙周炎组)、同期健康正常人100例(对照组),采用艾森克人格问卷(EPQ N)、社会支持评定量表及症状自评量表(SCL-90)进行调查分析。结果牙周炎组EPQ N量表分明显高于对照组,差异有显著性意义(P<0.01);SCL-90结果显示强迫、人际敏感、抑郁、敌对等因子分两组差异有显著性意义(P<0.01);两组主观支持和对社会支持利用两个程度差异有显著性意义(P<0.01)。结论社会心理因素对慢性牙周炎患者有一定影响。Objective To investigate the effects of patients＇ psychosocial background on the chronic periodontitis （CP）. Methods A total of 105 patients with CP and 100 normal subjects served as control were evaluated for verifying the influence of psychosocial factors on CP. All subjects were required to complete the EPQ N questionnaire and the SCL 90 questionnaire. The enquired data were analyzed by using the Chi-square test. Results The score of EPQ N was significantly higher in CP group than control one（P 〈 0. 01 ）. Special personality, depression, hostility, and social factors might be reasons leading to the occurrence of this disease （ P 〈 0. 01 ）. Conclusion Psychosocial disorder caused by the stresses of social life events may impact the occurrence of CP.
