摘 要:为了选择高β-蒎烯的思茅松优良无性系,对40个5年生思茅松高产脂嫁接无性系及1个对照的松脂中β-蒎烯含量等进行测定,结果表明:40个无性系的松节油中β-蒎烯含量大于对照的有10个,较对照β-蒎烯含量平均提高187%;方差分析结果表明:无性系间β-蒎烯含量存在极显著差异。β-蒎烯的无性系遗传力为0.99;初步选择出10个高β-蒎烯含量的高产脂优良无性系,其β-蒎烯含量的遗传增益为185%。Determination was made on B-pinene content in turpentine from 40 clones of 5-year Pinus kesiya var. langbianensis with high-resin-yield and from a control in order to select fine clones with high β-pinene content in turpentine. The result showed that β-pinene content in turpentine from 10 clones was higher than that from the control, and their average content was 187% higher than the control. Analysis of variance indicated that it had significant difference of β-pinene content among the clones. The clone heritability was 0.99. Ten fine clones with high content β-pinene in turpentine were selected with the genetic gain of 185%.
