视网膜静脉周围炎玻璃体取出物细胞学研究

摘　　要：为探讨视网膜静脉周围炎（Ｅａｌｅｓ病）的病因及引起增殖性玻璃体视网膜病变（ＰＶＲ）的细胞来源，对临床确诊为视网膜静脉周围炎，玻璃体出血伴增殖性玻璃体视网膜病变或继发视网膜脱离者２８例（３０眼），行常规巩膜三切口玻璃体切割，将玻璃体取出物沉淀涂片后行细胞学及免疫组化分析。细胞计数的分布频率为成纤维细胞占首位，其次为淋巴细胞，视网膜色素上皮细胞，神经胶质细胞及巨噬细胞。免疫组化染色证实检出的淋巴细胞中Ｔ淋巴细胞占８５％。结论视网膜静脉周围炎引起的增殖性玻璃体视网膜病变与成纤维细胞及Ｔ淋巴细胞密切相关，提示自身免疫反应在发病机理中可能起了一定作用。In order to seek a causative factor of Eales disease and cytogenesis of PVR,to proviede histologic evidences for medical therapy of Eales disease.30 eyes of Eales disease associated with vitreous heamorrhge,PVR and tractional retinal detachment,The conventional vitrectomy was performed.Removed vitreous was analysed in cytology and immunohistochemistry.The cell count of removed vitreous showed that fibroblast and lymphocyte was much than retinal pigment epithelium and other cells.The immunohistochemistry analysis demonstrated that T lymphocyte was 85% in lymphocyte cell count,conclusions:The PVR from Eales disease might relate to fibroblast and lymphocyte proliferation,auto immunoreaction had a effect in the principle of PVR from Eales disease.
