摘　　要：在分析虚拟企业模块化的三要素:产品模块化、价值链模块化和企业模块化及其相互关系的基础上,构建一种基于联邦/星形的虚拟企业的模块化组织结构模型,同时进行该组织结构的接口设计。该模型在实现虚拟企业灵活性的同时能减少管理与协调的复杂性,较好地解决集中控制与分布自治的问题,为虚拟企业提供一种较好的组织机制。Bassed on the analysis of the three factors of modular organization model of VE - the modular product, modular value - chain and modular enterprise, this paper puts foreword a confederative / stellated modular organi- zation model and joint of VE. The model can both enhance agility and reduce complexity, and can solve the problem of controlling in mass area and taking self - governing at separated area in a better way, and can provide a better organization model for VE.
