松解性角膜切开术治疗角膜散光

摘　　要：为提高角膜散光患者的视力，对手术源性和非手术源性角膜散光１２只眼行松解性角膜切开治疗。术后４个月，８只眼裸眼视力提高，１１只眼散光度较术前下降，平均为２．８０Ｄ。１例穿透性角膜移植术后患者，松解术后切口板层裂开，散光增大。观察结果提示，该手术治疗散光具有较好的效果，方法也较简单，但预测性较差，应在器械、设备齐全的前提下，慎重开展。n　order　to　increase　the　visual　acuity　of　patients　with　corneal　astigmatism,12　eyes　with　operative　or　nonoperative　corneal　astigmatism　were　treated　with　relaxing　keratotomy.At　4　mouths,the　uncorrected　visual　acuity　of　8　eye　was　improved.The　average　astigmatism　of　28　diopter　was　reduced　in　11　eye.Only　one　eyes　astigmatism　after　PKP　was　increased　because　of　the　postoperative　lamollal　fissuration　of　the　incision.The　results　show　that　the　operation　has　a　good　effect　but　a　poor　predictability.Although　it　is　simple　the　operation　should　be　performed　cautiously　with　the　apparatus　equipped.
