摘  要:用缺口翻译分析技术检测了苯并芘对人胚肺细胞DNA链断裂的损伤效应,并观察了微量元素硒对苯并芘所致细胞DNA链断裂损伤效应的保护作用。经0.25~5μg/ml苯并芘作用后的人胚肺细胞3H-dTTP掺入量明显增加(P<0.01),表明苯并芘造成了人胚肺细胞DNA链断裂损伤。且损伤效应随着苯并芘作用剂量的增加而逐渐增加。经硒保护处理后的人胚肺细胞3H-dTTP掺入量与单纯苯并芘作用的细胞比较明显下降(P<0.01),证明硒对苯并芘所致人胚肺细胞DNA链断裂损伤效应具有保护作用。It were studied in this report that DNA strand break was resulted from benzo(a) pyrene by means of nick transplantation assay and protective effect of seleium on DNA damage.The intakes of 3H-dTTP of human embryo lung cells increased significantly after exposed to a different doses of B(a)P.It showed that B(a)P resulted in DNA strand breaks of the cells.The DNA strand breaks were enhanced with the increase of doses of B(a)P.The intakes of 3H-dTTP of human embryo lung cells was lower after exposed to B(a)P and selenium than to B(a)P single.This indicated that sleenium possesses the protective effect on DNA strand breaks induced by B(a)P.
