台盼蓝封闭小鼠单核巨噬细胞系统对鼠子宫颈癌U_(14)生长的影响

摘　　要：小鼠宫颈癌Ｕ１４移植６１５小鼠，用台盼蓝封闭单核巨噬细胞系统（ＭＰＳ），观察癌组织生长及对脾、胸腺、淋巴结的影响。结果：①台盼蓝的高、低剂量组与对照组的瘤重、腰淋巴结比较均无显著差异（Ｐ＞０．０５）。台盼蓝低剂量组的脾和胸腺的ＭＰＳ增生程度较高剂量组及对照组明显。表明本实验的ＭＰＳ单纯增生与肿瘤生长无明显关系。②台盼蓝注射在移植癌内偶见癌组织发生自发性消退，并对再次移植发生免疫现象。本文结合文献对结果进行了讨论。Carcinoma cells of cervix uteri of mouse(u 14 ) were tansplanted in 615 mice,typan blue was used to block the mononuclear phagocytic system at different dosage.The weight of tumor,spleen,thymus and lymph node were observed.Results showed:the weight of tumor had no significant difference among the control group,low dosage and high dosage group( P>0.05),The proliferation of the thymus,lymph node,spleen in the low dosage group is mors obvious than that in control and high dosage group,suggesting that the function of mononuclear phagocytic system has no correlation with the growth of tumor.2.Occasional spontaneous regession of tumor was found in the group treated with trypan blue,which can combat the secondary transplantation of tumor.The mechanism is discussed in the paper.
