摘　　要：为了探索运河文化遗产的价值及其保护与开发利用的重要意义,采用文献与现状资料分析的方法,认为运河文化遗产具有申遗价值,但现状堪优,亟待加强管理与保护,以使运河文化遗产继续发挥重要的社会与经济效益。Using the method of analysing the historical data, the value of the cultural heritage and the significance of the protection, development and uhilization of canal was explored. The canal cultural heritage possesses the value of the world cultural heritage. However, the present status of canal is worring. Therefore, it is urgent to strergthen the manegement and protection.
