摘 要:通过采用历史分析和数据分析等方法,从回顾延安国有企业改革经历的三个阶段入手,指出改革促进了思想解放和观念更新,促进了现代企业制度的建设,也促进了企业家的成长。但改革后的国有经济比重仍然过大,产权置换率低,股份合作制率太高。必须进一步按照以退出为主要原则,出售和破产为主要手段,加快延安一般竞争性领域国有小企业的非国有化进程;按照建立现代企业制度的原则,加快延安支柱产业领域大中型国有企业的公司化改制进程;按照有进和有所为的原则,加快延安非一般竞争性领域国有企业的改革与发展进程。From the middle 80's period, Yan'an state -owned enlerprises have experienced three stage reforms.
